Following a successful primary season in which 104 of the 106 pro-Israel Democrats DMFI PAC endorsed in primaries won their races, the PAC today announced additional endorsements for the general election. The list includes candidates in highly contested House races that could decide the House majority. All four of these candidates are committed to strengthening the U.S.-Israel relationship and advancing the Democratic agenda, including protecting reproductive rights and safeguarding our democracy.

“With enthusiasm for Kamala Harris surging, Democrats have a path to take back the majority from extreme MAGA Republicans in the House,” said DMFI PAC Chairman Mark Mellman.  “As Israel continues to fight a multi-front defensive war, these candidates have been clear that in Congress they will ensure that America always has Israel’s back.”

“We’re excited to help this outstanding group of pro-Israel Democrats, and all of this cycle’s prior endorsees, defeat their Republican opponents in November,” added Mellman.

Included in DMFI PAC’s endorsements today are three candidates on the DCCC’s Red-to-Blue program, Peter Barca (WI-01)Missy Cotter Smasal (VA-02), and Whitney Fox (FL-13), whose MAGA Republican opponent has vowed to further restrict access to abortion. DMFI PAC is also endorsing today Herb Conaway (NJ-03), an Air Force veteran and physician who is vying for an open seat in an R+2 district.
