DMFI PAC tonight congratulates its endorsed candidates in Georgia, Congressman David Scott (GA-13) and Congresswoman Lucy McBath (GA-07), on their primary wins. DMFI PAC Chairman Mark Mellman released the following statement following their victories:

“We congratulate Reps. Scott and McBath, two formidable leaders in Georgia, who have gone above and beyond to advance the Democratic agenda in Congress, including strongly supporting the U.S.-Israel alliance.

“Their primary wins show again that being pro-Israel is not just wise policy but good politics.”

Elected to Congress in 2018, Rep. McBath is a proud mother, a social justice advocate, and a leader on gun violence prevention.

Congressman Scott is the first African American Chairman of the U.S. House Agriculture Committee. The first in his family to graduate from college, he is a former member of Georgia’s state legislature.

DMFI PAC has played a vital role in supporting pro-Israel Democrats since its inception, backing President Biden, as well as victors in 83 House and Senate races last cycle.
