Today, DMFI PAC announced it’s endorsing Congresswoman Lucy McBath (GA-07) and Congressman David Scott (GA-13).
“As Georgia Democrats prepare to go to the polls Tuesday to select their nominees for Congress, DMFI PAC is proud to back two outstanding candidates — Representative Lucy McBath and Representative David Scott. McBath and Scott have proven to be formidable leaders in Georgia and have gone above and beyond to advance the Democratic agenda in Congress. Importantly, they are both strong supporters of the U.S.-Israel relationship,” said DMFI PAC Chairman Mark Mellman.
“With today’s endorsement, DMFI PAC will have endorsed 50 well-qualified, diverse, pro-Israel Democratic candidates for House and Senate — candidates who know well that being pro-Israel is both wise policy and good politics,” Mellman added.
Elected to Congress in 2018, Rep. McBath is a proud mother, a social justice advocate, and a leader on gun violence prevention.
Congressman Scott is the first African American Chairman of the U.S. House Agriculture Committee. The first in his family to graduate from college, he is a former member of Georgia’s state legislature.
DMFI PAC has played a vital role in supporting pro-Israel Democrats since its inception, backing President Biden, as well as victors in 83 House and Senate races, last cycle.
