New digital ad shows Kiggans lets Trump make her choices, voting with him 100% of the time.
DMFI PAC’s Majority Project today released “Choices,” a new digital ad campaign targeting Rep. Jen Kiggans in Virginia’s 2nd Congressional District. The ad, running in 30- and 15-second versions, highlights Kiggans’ voting record that aligned with President Trump 100% of the time. That record includes her support for tariffs, healthcare cuts, and policies that have driven up the cost of gas, groceries, and everyday goods. The campaign is backed by a nearly $1 million digital ad buy in VA-02.
“Jen Kiggans was sent to Washington to represent Hampton Roads, but she’s handed every decision to Donald Trump. Tariffs, healthcare cuts, higher prices — whatever Trump wants, Kiggans votes yes, and Virginia families are paying for it,” said DMFI PAC President Brian Romick. “Elaine Luria has a proven record of putting her district first, standing up for our servicemembers and veterans, and being a strong voice for the U.S.-Israel relationship. DMFI PAC’s Majority Project is fighting to win back the House, and VA-02 is one of the seats that will decide it. We’re all-in to send Elaine Luria back to Congress.”
Script: “Choices” (30 seconds)
Making choices is hard, but we do it every day. Our congresswoman, Jen Kiggans, just lets Trump choose for her.
She voted with Trump 100% of the time.
[President Trump:] “Jen Kiggans is fantastic!”
Tariffs? Sure.
Slashing healthcare? Okay!
Higher costs for gas, groceries, and goods? Yes. Yes. Yes.
Makes you wonder how she manages to get dressed each morning.
[President Trump:] “Red!”
Our choice is clear. Kiggans is 100% for Trump — not us.
About DMFI PAC’s Majority Project
DMFI PAC’s Majority Project focuses on electing Democrats who stand with Israel as a democratic ally, are committed to confronting antisemitism and extremism, and recognize the U.S.-Israel relationship as a vital national security partnership — while remaining squarely focused on winning elections.
This cycle, DMFI PAC backed Johnny Garcia in TX-35 with a six-figure independent expenditure and sounded the alarm on his primary opponent’s repulsive antisemitism. In California’s 48th Congressional District, DMFI PAC endorsed Marni von Wilpert and delivered a seven-figure investment in the race. DMFI PAC’s “Say Anything” ad challenged her opponent’s record and was seen over 8 million times by voters in CA-48. Before DMFI PAC’s investment, internal polling had von Wilpert down to her opponent, Ammar Campa-Najjar. These ads moved the race by 10 points, quickly putting Marni ahead and helping her gain momentum to an eventual victory on primary day.
DMFI PAC’s Majority Project has also endorsed Cait Conley (NY-17), Janelle Stelson (PA-10), Christina Hines (MI-10), Paige Cognetti (PA-08), Bobby Pulido (TX-15), Pia Dandiya (FL-22), Eliott Rodriguez (FL-27), Leela Gray (FL-13), Bale Dalton (FL-07), and Chaz Molder (TN-05).
With control of the House expected to hinge on a small number of races, it is essential that Democrats elect candidates who can win in November and govern effectively. A full list of DMFI PAC 2026 endorsees to date is available here.
