In response to a New York Times report that details lies Congressman Bowman told about his affiliation with the DSA and on policy positions related to Israel, DMFI PAC Chairman Mark Mellman made the following statement:
“That Congressman Bowman admits to having lied to get re-elected is a sad commentary on his character. His hostility to the truth is only matched by his hostility toward his own constituents — all of them — and President Biden. Bowman falsely attacked ‘everyone in [his] district,’ as well as President Biden, for dehumanizing an entire people. It’s hard to imagine why anyone would vote for a candidate who lies to them and then attacks them all.”
